The Blue Continent Currency started last week on the support
of EMA100 and managed to record a high at 1.3194 , but couldn’t stay long on
the high side. With the weight of inflation the Euro dived to a low of 1.2935 yet
closed at 1.2985 . In the Eurozone, only Germany has got positive numbers on
their economic data, France’s GDP, to be released on Wednesday will determine
which way the Euro will go. Technically, we are looking at a potential rise to
critical resistance at 1.3095 , when not penetrated, the major bearish trend
shall drive down the Euro further south to test the following supports; 1.2850
and 1.2765 .
